A major player in the insurance sector is looking for a project manager to lead two major initiatives as part of the transformation of financial tools and regulatory compliance.
What you do
- Redesign of the expense report management tool: leading the project to replace the current solution for the entire organization.
- DORA compliance: implementing a solution for industrializing the production of the information register (DORA regulation).
- Structure and manage projects throughout the entire lifecycle (from framing to deployment).
- Gather, analyze, and challenge business needs with the financial department.
- Ensure transverse coordination between business teams, the IT department, and integrators/suppliers.
- Lead committee meetings (workshops, steering instances) and report to sponsors.
- Manage change management, the transition to "Run" mode, and post-deployment performance monitoring.
Profile
- Confirmed expertise (7 to 10 years) in managing complex MOA/AMOA projects.
- Solid experience in the Finance / Accounting sector and a strong interest in Regulatory topics (DORA type).
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills: political acumen, diplomacy, and the ability to structure high-level written communication.
- Autonomy, organizational rigor, and leadership.
