What you do
As a service technician, you are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repairs of coffee machines at customer sites. You ensure that the devices function optimally and intervene quickly when technical problems arise.
- Install coffee machines at customer sites
- Perform preventive maintenance and technical checks
- Detect and resolve electrical malfunctions
- Perform repairs on coffee machines
- Execute technical interventions on-site at companies and events
- Professionally support customers with technical questions
- Ensure qualitative and efficient service
Profile
- You have a technical education in electricity, electromechanics, or are equivalent through experience
- You have a good basic electrical knowledge and an interest in technical installations and repairs
- Both experienced technicians and junior profiles with the right motivation are eligible
- You work independently, are customer-oriented, and have a hands-on mentality
- You are flexible and enjoy working at various locations
