- Ensure the continuity of current financial platforms and a smooth transition to a new platform.
- Utilize knowledge of procurement processes, accounting processes, project administration, and customer relationship management processes.
- Support users and ensure the software is optimally configured.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, data models, and data management is crucial for refining processes.
What you do
- Functional application management and user support for financial platforms (primarily focusing on Unit4 Business World).
- Act as a liaison between the user organization, suppliers, and the IT organization.
- Refine processes for platform management and user support.
- Monitor security aspects and requirements.
- Ensure that the platform infrastructure aligns with the requirements and processes of the user organization.
What they ask
- Knowledge of complex financial processes at an enterprise level.
- Familiarity with the management and user support of ERP and/or financial applications at an enterprise level, involving administrative and process-related complexity.
- Demonstrable higher vocational education (HBO) level qualification (via a diploma or a potential assessment).
- Fluency in the Dutch language.
- CEFR level B1 English is required.
Profile
- Someone who demonstrably takes initiative easily and knows how to tackle initiatives in an organized manner.
- An outgoing personality who easily approaches users and colleagues to brainstorm, ask questions, or tackle tasks together.
Practical
- A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is required as part of the application procedure.
