You will guide flexible employees from their first day of work through their further development within an organization. You will be their trusted point of contact and help them think about their future. At the same time, you will build strong relationships with clients in the public sector and advise them on various HR issues. You are the connecting link between flexible employees and clients, ensuring that employees feel welcome, heard, and supported throughout their career.
What you will do.
- Guide and support flexible employees throughout their entire assignment.
- Provide a warm and thorough onboarding for new employees.
- Conduct progress, development, and absenteeism interviews.
- Stimulate professional growth and sustainable employability.
- Act as a fixed point of contact for both employees and clients.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients in the public sector.
- Advise on HR-related and personnel issues.
- Ensure correct processing of files, reports, and HR administration.

Profile
- An MBO 4 or HBO diploma, preferably in HRM, Human Resource Management, Personnel & Labor, or Business Administration.
- Experience with HR activities, personnel guidance, or employment mediation.
- Strong communication skills and a human-centered approach.
- A proactive, independent, and solution-oriented work attitude.
- Affinity with the public sector or the ambition to get to know this market.
