What you do
- Independently manage inheritance files.
- Analyze succession documents and asset situations.
- Apply principles of civil law and family law.
- Verify the compliance of received documents and information.
- Ensure the follow-up of accounts, bank assets, and financial products related to successions.
- Collaborate with notaries, heirs, and various internal contacts.
- Respond to requests related to inheritance files.
- Guarantee compliance with procedures and conformity requirements.
- Utilize necessary banking tools and applications for file processing.
Profile
- Lawyer with experience in the banking sector.
- Good knowledge of:
- civil law;
- family law;
- succession law.
- Concrete experience in managing inheritance files is a significant asset.
- Experience within a banking service specialized in successions, banking operations, or client file management is particularly valued.
- Rigorous, analytical, and autonomous in file management.
- Comfortable with sensitive and confidential files.
- Proficient with IT tools and banking applications.
- Perfect command of French.
- Knowledge of German is an advantage.
