What you do
- You identify a client need and introduce the specialised organisation.
- The organisation matches a senior consultant or interim manager from their network and presents an anonymised profile.
- The organisation manages the client conversation, contracting, delivery, and invoicing.
- You remain fully independent and continue to run your own business.
- Commission is paid monthly, triggered when the client pays.
This is an independent, commission-based partnership alongside your existing business, not an employed position with a fixed salary.

Profile
- An established, self-employed or boutique recruitment practice with genuine, active client relationships.
- A network in one or more of: IT and digital transformation, finance and controlling, ERP and supply chain, energy and infrastructure, legal and professional services, or change and programme leadership.
- Based in, or actively working into, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Germany, or Belgium.
- The judgment to recognise when a senior interim professional or consultant is the right answer, and the credibility to make that introduction.
- Five or more years' experience in recruitment, executive search, or interim placement.
- Willingness to sign a mutual NDA and a partner agreement, including non-circumvention provisions.
