What you do
- Providing training, workshops
- Coaching and guiding employees and teams
- Supporting education and development trajectories
- Identifying learning and development needs
- Contributing to ICT innovations and digital work processes
- Testing and helping to implement new ICT applications
- Translating user needs into practical improvements
- Supporting colleagues in the use of digital systems
- Collaborating with internal and external experts
- Reporting on progress, results, and improvement points
What they ask
- Dutch nationality
- Good command of Dutch and English (speaking and writing)
- Certificate of Conduct (VOG) without special remarks
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in ICT at MBO-4 level
- Affinity with guiding individuals in ICT and contributing to innovation and further development of ICT at unit level
- Flexible and comfortable with changes or quick responses between tasks
- MBO 4 ICT diploma
- Certifications such as CCNA 1, CCNA 2, ITIL 4 Foundation, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Azure or Microsoft 365 certificates, Linux certifications
- Experience in coaching and providing training
- Proficiency in Windows and/or Linux
- Knowledge of networks: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN
- Knowledge of hardware, virtualization
- Experience with Active Directory or a comparable identity solution
- Experience with Microsoft 365 or comparable cloud platforms
- Knowledge of backup, monitoring
- Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
- Knowledge of IT service management (incident, change, and problem management)
- Knowledge of information security and privacy
- Knowledge of cloud concepts and hybrid infrastructures
