What you do

You are responsible for the maintenance and repairs of buildings, installations, and machinery.
You manage orders, control, and inventory of necessary materials for operational work assignments.
You coordinate the work planning of the technical team.
You motivate and guide a team of employees in the execution of their tasks.
You co-determine and respect priorities, and ensure that technical service employees also respect them.
You manage subcontractors.
You participate in the on-call system of the technical department.

You have various technical skills and a technical diploma.
You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
You have broad knowledge and interest in electricity, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and HVAC.
You possess leadership capabilities and are good at motivating employees.
You are good at organizing, planning, and working proactively.
You have good communication skills.
You are accurate and consider safety a top priority.
You are proficient in PC use (Word, Excel, e-mail).
You are very flexible.
You have a driving license B (BE is a plus).
