What you will do.
- As an advisor, you are part of the management team and a sparring partner for the team leader.
- With in-depth knowledge of capacity management, you are a full-fledged discussion partner in various consultation forums with partners in this field.
- You build task-oriented networks and shape change based on support.
- You translate, prepare, and implement national policy for the regional unit.
- You represent the specialization in national development platforms and advise on the direction and impact of national changes, keeping an eye on external developments.
- You help focus the change agenda for the field within the unit.
- You work on further professionalizing processes and collaboration within the unit to enable a full PDCA cycle.
- You analyze data and propose innovative solutions, working methods, and tools based on new insights.
- You continuously contribute to a consistent working method and ensure a unified message is conveyed.
- You monitor the progress of internal agreements and identify learning moments.
- You facilitate discussions about this within the team and ensure collective lessons learned.
- You do this in a people-oriented and coaching manner to promote the expertise of operational management.

What they ask
- HBO (bachelor) working and thinking level, preferably a degree in business administration.
- Extensive experience as an advisor and with capacity management and planning.
- Willingness to obtain a CM diploma by completing an internal training course.
