This is a temporary assignment to cover maternity leave.
- You will work in an international production environment.
What you do
- You ensure the complete follow-up of orders, from reception to delivery.
- You coordinate exchanges between clients, production teams, logistics, and other internal departments.
- You ensure deadlines are met, manage any order modifications, and provide solutions to encountered problems.
- You handle the administrative follow-up of client files and update information in SAP.
- You contribute to maintaining a high level of service quality and ensure fluid communication with various internal and external contacts.
Profile
- You have confirmed experience in a Customer Service, Customer Care, or Sales Administration role.
- You have experience in an industrial or production environment and understand the constraints related to the supply chain.
- You are proficient in French and have a very good level of English, both spoken and written.
- You are comfortable with IT tools and have experience with SAP.
- You are organized, proactive, solution-oriented, and enjoy teamwork in an international context.
