What you will do.
- You will translate project goals and marketing questions into content plans that align with different target groups.
- You will contribute to a strong and recognizable brand that is visible in the region and beyond.
- You will analyze complex communication and marketing issues and translate them into a clear content strategy with objectives, target groups, key messages, channels, formats, and measurement points.
- You will develop creative concepts and campaigns that fit the institution's brand strategy and monitor the translation of the brand in language, image, story, and experience.
- You will create content briefings, formats, and content calendars and guide the execution by colleagues, creators, and external partners.
- You will advise schools, departments, and colleagues on content choices for student recruitment, course communication, employer outreach, and reputation issues, among others.
- You will participate in content production for video, photography, social media, websites, and other online channels. You don't have to execute every part yourself, but you understand what is needed to organize and assess quality.
- You will test content against brand, objective, and target group. You will use data, research, feedback, and evaluations to refine choices and demonstrably improve campaigns.
- You will maintain an overview of multiple projects, organize the process, and connect colleagues from Marketing & Communication with the schools and external parties.
- You will consciously utilize AI and new developments as a means to quickly gain better insights, concepts, and productions, with an eye for quality, brand, and reliability.
- You will carry out your activities within the Marketing & Communication department, in a team of approximately 30 marketing and communication professionals. You will collaborate with content creators, editors, social advertising specialists, business partners of the schools, and colleagues from other departments. You will report to the Marketing & Communication team leader.

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in content strategy, content marketing, strategic communication, or a comparable role.
- Demonstrable ability to develop content strategies and translate them into integrated campaigns and a cohesive approach across multiple channels.
- Experience with brand implementation: you know how to translate brand values and positioning into concrete content and how to ensure that translation is correct.
- Accustomed to reducing complex or abstract questions to a clear core, a sharp briefing, and an actionable plan.
- Uses data, insights, and feedback to test content and can explain what was measured, what was learned from it, and what choice followed.
- Sufficient knowledge of content production, video, photography, social media, and digital channels to assess quality and effectively manage creators.
- Experience with Adobe programs is a plus.
- Connecting in collaboration, strong on content, and meticulous in organizing multiple interests and projects simultaneously.
- Not a beginner content creator who primarily executes, but an experienced professional who can independently understand complex issues, develop content strategies, work demonstrably data-driven, substantiate choices, involve others, and enjoys developing content themselves when necessary.
