- BIG-registered occupational physician or insurance physician, or a basic physician with experience in sick leave and reintegration guidance
- Affinity with absenteeism guidance and advice to employees and employers
- Proactive professional who functions effectively both independently and in a team
- Brings energy to contribute to a dynamic and changing environment
