Occupational Physician

You will work for a large organization within the energy and chemical industry, active in various parts of the fossil fuel and chemical chain. This assignment goes beyond merely conducting consultations. As an occupational physician, you will become an important discussion partner within the organization and will have the opportunity to truly impact the absenteeism and employability policy.

You will have the scope not only to guide individual employees but also to contribute at an organizational level to improving absenteeism, health, and sustainable employability.

What you will do.

• Conduct consultations with employees facing various health and employability issues.
• Guide employees through absenteeism and reintegration, advising on a sustainable return to work.
• Analyze absenteeism figures, trends, and developments, translating them into concrete improvement points.
• Collaborate closely with management, HR, case managers, and other involved professionals.
• Advise management on absenteeism, employability, prevention, and possible interventions.
• Contribute to improving the absenteeism policy and sustainable employability within the organization.
• Identify recurring problems and advise on solutions at an organizational level.
• Actively contribute to a healthy, safe, and future-proof working environment.
