What you do
- As an (Assistant) Supervisor in the flexible team, you will work at various locations within the organization.
- You have the choice to be deployed for a longer period at one location via secondment, or to work at various locations, or even both.
- In collaboration with the flexible office, your qualities will be actively assessed, and a good match between you and the locations will be ensured.
- You provide care and guidance that aligns with the client's needs with attention, respect, and professionalism.
What they ask
- A relevant MBO diploma level 3 or higher (Social Care, SPW, Nursing, Caregiver, or similar)
- Independence and flexibility.
- Commitment and affinity with care for people with disabilities and at least six months of practical experience. This can also include internship experience.

- You will start with an introduction day to get acquainted with the organization and its vision.
- A concrete, tailor-made onboarding program that suits you.
- Salary classification is according to the Collective Labor Agreement for Disabled Care and depends on your experience and education.
