Occupational Therapist Primary Care

An independent practice for occupational therapy, pediatric occupational therapy, and hand therapy.

• Treats children, (young) adults, and elderly people with very diverse questions.
• Works with a team of 8 occupational therapists.
• Affiliated with collaborations with general practitioner cooperatives and paramedical associations.
• Actively promotes occupational therapy within care pathways and networks.

What you will do.

• Work as an enthusiastic occupational therapist in primary care.
• The target group is mainly adults with various care needs.
• Seek more collaboration in primary care.
• Variety in activities and target groups.
• Opportunity to vary working hours.
• Work independently, but also in a team.
• Promote the profession and personal development within occupational therapy.
• Maintain existing collaborations and establish new contacts.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, medical aid suppliers, and care shops.
• Work partly within an existing network and partly create a new network.
• Work at the client's home and within other organizations.
• Be part of a social team where colleagues support each other.
• Participate in intervision and team meetings.

What they ask

• Completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in occupational therapy.
• Relevant work experience is a plus.
• Registered in the Kwaliteitsregister Paramedici (Quality Register for Paramedics).
• In possession of a personal AGB code.
• DTE trained.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Decisive and accurate.
• In possession of a driving license and a car.
