Within the Geo-ICT Business Unit of an organization, we are passionate about everything related to geo-information and maps. We work on innovative projects that contribute to a better understanding of our world. Our team consists of enthusiastic professionals who collaborate to apply the latest technologies and techniques within GIS (Geographic Information Systems).
What you will do. We are looking for a GIS employee to support us on a project basis. Experience is not required; both starters and experienced freelancers are welcome.
Responsibilities.
- Support in collecting, managing, and analyzing geographical data.
- Assist in creating maps and spatial analyses.
- Contribute to various GIS projects within different sectors.
- Collaborate with the team to find innovative solutions for complex geographical issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends within the GIS field.
Profile
- Passion for geography, maps, and geo-information.
- Basic knowledge of GIS software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, FME, or similar tools is a plus, but not essential.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Independent, eager to learn, and flexible.
- At least some Dutch language proficiency is required.
