As a Caregiver IG, you can work within a care organization, either intramurally or extramurally (in the community). You are a proactive person, enjoy teamwork, and don't mind taking on extra tasks occasionally.
What you will do.
- Support clients in their daily care.
- Monitor medication intake.
- Perform technical nursing actions when necessary.
- Develop individual care plans in consultation with clients, their informal caregivers, and the multidisciplinary team.
- Stimulate people to engage in activities they are still capable of, with empathy.
