For an automotive organization, we are looking for experienced Business Analysts to support the separation and re-implementation of an existing application into two distinct areas of the company. The organization aims to enhance operational efficiency by restructuring its application landscape. The analysts will play a role in gathering requirements, supporting the design and implementation, and ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout the process.
What you will do.
- Analyze the existing application and define requirements for its separation into two business areas.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements for the new implementations.
- Support the design and re-implementation process by working closely with IT teams and business units.
- Identify risks and dependencies related to the transition and develop mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with end-users to ensure seamless adoption.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency throughout the transition process.
- Document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.
