You will work with an enthusiastic ICT team on the management and further development of applications. The focus is on AFAS, particularly HRM and the implementation of ERP. You will manage and optimize software, resolve incidents, and translate work processes into practical, efficient workflows. You will collaborate closely with HR, the business, and suppliers to realize functional requirements and serve as an accessible point of contact for users.
A financial background is a plus, especially since AFAS ERP, HRM, and (eventually) CRM converge in one system.
What you do
- Managing, maintaining, and improving the AFAS environment, with a focus on HRM and ERP
- Setting up applications and aligning them with the needs of the organization and users
- Analyzing and resolving incidents and bottlenecks
- Testing, planning, and implementing new AFAS releases and functionalities
- Collaborating with external parties and colleagues to improve processes
- Keeping documentation, work instructions, and procedures up to date
- Developing and providing training for end-users
- Providing general support for other assigned applications

- HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an AFAS Consultant
- In-depth knowledge of AFAS, especially HRM and ERP
- CRM knowledge and a financial background are a plus
- Strong in planning and organizing, communication, and analytical work and thinking
