The team is engaged by internal clients for integral advice and support in procurement in the broadest sense. This includes, for example, tenders such as the renovation of a local museum, relocation services, asphalt work, engineering firm services, new construction of school buildings, and tenders in the context of the energy transition.
The team's main goal for the organization is to make a significant contribution to lawful and efficient procurement, taking into account policy objectives such as Socially Responsible Commissioning and Procurement (MVOI).
What you will do.
- You are one of the points of contact for procurement questions
- You guide (European) tenders
- You advise, solicited and unsolicited, on European, national, and multiple private procurement processes
- You execute and guide these processes in a structured, project-based manner
- You play an active role in training and coaching junior procurement advisors
- You collaborate with colleagues on team development and improving service delivery

- You are fully proficient in procurement and tenders, and related fields (Legal and Contract Management)
- Analytical by nature, you can quickly grasp complex issues
- You know how to address colleagues and clients regarding agreements made
- You are a networker with an open mindset
- You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment where you can work productively and collaborate pleasantly
What they ask
- A completed HBO or WO education, supplemented with Nevi 2 or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as a procurement advisor within the public sector
- Experience with European tender procedures
- Solid knowledge of procurement law and related regulations
- Candidate agrees to the stated secondment conditions
Preferences.
- Experience in guiding tender procedures for GWW (Ground, Road, and Waterworks)
- Experience with project-based work
