This assignment involves guiding people within the Social Domain in finding and retaining employment. Where work is not (yet) possible, income support is provided. You will work within a specialized team of a public organization.
What you will do.
- Guide job seekers and employees with a disability in their development towards work
- Draw up, implement, and monitor individual development plans and action plans
- Conduct development, progress, and evaluation interviews
- Map out candidates' opportunities, development potential
- Act as a case manager for absenteeism within your own caseload
What they ask
- A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree
- Work experience as a Work Coach, Job Coach, or similar within the Social Domain of a social work company or municipal organization
- Work experience with labor development and guidance for the target group of the Participation Act (Participatiewet), WSW, Sheltered Work (Beschut Werk)
- Work experience with drawing up and implementing development plans focused on labor development and participation
- Work experience with absenteeism guidance and reintegration processes
- Work experience with guiding people with a disability
- Knowledge of the Participation Act (Participatiewet)
