At a sports and health center, you provide motivating group lessons. You contribute to a professional image and a positive sports experience for all participants.
What you do
- You provide motivating group lessons that are safe, professional, and fun.
- You take into account different skill levels and create a pleasant atmosphere.
- You always work with varied exercises.
- You give aquafit group lessons in the swimming pool.
- You prepare lessons with attention to variety, intensity, and enjoyment.
- You guide participants in a safe and positive manner.
- You adapt your style according to the group.
- You stay informed about new trends and techniques.
- You provide clear information to clients about ongoing promotions, subscriptions, or formulas.
- You collaborate with the team.
Profile
- You are energetic, social, and know how to motivate people.
- You combine your passion for sports with a strong sense of guidance and safety.
- You preferably have a bachelor's degree in the sports or recreation sector.
- You possess a recognized instructor certificate from an official training course (e.g., BBB, HIIT, cycling, yoga…).
- You have experience in giving group lessons (or are confident enough to jump right in).
- You are fluent in Dutch and enjoy being in front of a group.
- You are available at fixed, weekly times.
- You work on a self-employed basis or via an interim contract.
