- You guide employees and organizations on issues related to absenteeism, work capacity, and sustainable employability.
- You conduct consultations and advise employers on employability and prevention.
- You actively contribute to preventive solutions.
- You collaborate with various disciplines within occupational health services and are given space to further develop yourself within the field.
- Depending on your experience, you will gain more responsibility and independence, with guidance always at hand.
- Your activities include:
- Guiding employees during absenteeism processes
- Advising employers on employability and prevention
- Conducting consultations on location and partially hybrid
- Collaborating with case managers and other professionals
- Identifying bottlenecks and opportunities within organizations
- Contributing to sustainable solutions for both employee and employer
Profile
- You are a basic physician or occupational physician
- Experience in occupational medicine is a strong plus
- You are open to further development within the field
- You possess strong communication skills
- You think in terms of possibilities and solutions
- You enjoy working independently but also in a team
- You possess a B driving license
