The organization is characterized by a young, dynamic, and particularly digitized environment with a stable and friendly atmosphere. The portfolio includes approximately 450 qualitative files, ranging from SMEs to larger structures, with strong international exposure. The fiduciary has chosen to exclude the Horeca, transport, and construction sectors. Each employee progresses towards more complex files.
A training budget and ITAA support are provided, as well as real opportunities for advancement.
Your responsibilities.
- Accompany clients in their decisions and intervene on their tax issues.
- Manage a portfolio of A to Z files independently, with complexity adapted to your experience.
- Follow a diverse clientele, including internationally sized companies.
- Handle closings, balance sheets, and tax declarations for your files.
- Contribute to the improvement and optimization of files through a more advisory-oriented approach.
- Gradually evolve towards more complex files as your skills develop.
Profile
- You master the accounting and tax aspects of your files and wish to continue developing this dimension.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a fiduciary and manage your files completely autonomously.
- A particular affinity for taxation is a real asset.
- You enjoy client relations and are comfortable advising and supporting your contacts.
- Knowledge of English is essential given the international dimension of the clientele.
- You appreciate digital, modern, and constantly evolving environments.
