For a growing healthcare institution specialized in plastic and aesthetic surgery, an entrepreneurial manager is sought to professionally organize, structure, and optimize daily operations.
What you will do.
- Central point of contact within the institution
- Ensure efficient cooperation between doctors, secretariat, and other staff
- Take on daily operational management
- Report periodically to the owners
- Bring structure and efficiency to daily operations (processes & administration)
- Manage, coach, and follow up on secretariat, beauticians, and other staff
- Handle HR-related tasks, including planning, evaluations, and serving as a contact point for staff
- Manage stock and monitor purchases
- Monitor priorities in back-office, emails, and operational follow-up
- Drive the migration to a new clinic and IT system and optimally utilize data
- Interpret, monitor, and report financial and operational figures
- Develop commercial initiatives
- Identify areas for improvement and propose and implement concrete optimizations
- Contribute to the further growth of the institution
Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business management, business economics, or a similar field
- Experience in an operational management, practice management, or coordinating role
- Strong in organization, planning, financial insights, and process optimization
- Hands-on mentality
- Communicative, empathetic, and able to connect various stakeholders
- Sufficient maturity and drive to take leadership, work independently, and provide constructive feedback
- Sufficient financial insight and affinity with IT and data
- Experience in a clinic or group practice is a plus
Practical
- Key role within a growing healthcare institution
- Collaboration on an independent basis, with monthly invoicing
- Fixed fee between €6000-€8000 per month for full-time commitment, depending on experience and profile
- A 4/5th commitment is negotiable
- Possibility of variable remuneration and, in due course, participation in the growth of the institution
