As a home care nurse, you are a valuable caregiver for patients in their familiar home environment. The personal contact makes this a very rewarding job. You work within a mobile team in a broader region and cover the absence of colleagues. Your schedule is entirely self-determined.
What you will do.
- Administer injections
- Administer medication
- Perform wound care
- Provide hygienic care
- Apply advanced nursing techniques
- Process nursing files quickly and efficiently via a tablet
- Travel with a company car in your own region
Profile
- Nursing diploma (Bachelor, HBO5 or basic nurse) or midwifery (if issued before October 2018)
- Socially engaged
- Patient well-being as top priority
- Clear and correct communication with patient and supervisor
- Correct processing of administration
- Willingness to work 1 in 2 weekends
- Driving license B
Practical
- Indefinite contract
- Full-time or part-time contract (from 19 to 38 hours/week) negotiable
- Start of employment as soon as possible
- Employment in your own region
- Excellent remuneration according to P.C. 330
