You will join one of our expert and committed teams, where collaboration, professional autonomy, and development are central. From our dynamic teams, we offer outpatient care to clients with long-term and severe psychiatric complaints. In addition to these psychiatric problems, there are often social and societal challenges. Our multidisciplinary teams consist of psychiatrists, a healthcare psychologist, casemanagers, peer support specialists, and secretaries.
Together, we offer high-quality, recovery-oriented care, often at the client's home. The treatment offer is broad and includes conversations, CBT, trauma processing, medication, and practical support in daily life. We also have a diverse group offer for clients.
What you do
- Responsible for the treatment and support of clients within your own caseload.
- Manages your own agenda, where unexpected situations may change your daily schedule.
- Works largely independently, but can always rely on colleagues for support when needed.
What they ask
- Completed HBO nursing degree and BIG-registered, or HBO Social Work with a specialization as a GGZ agogist.
- Several years of work experience as a therapist with clients with severe and persistent mental illness (EPA).
- Able to independently coordinate care for your own caseload and proficient in administrative planning and organization.
- Crisis-resistant and able to independently assess what care is needed.
- Possesses a driving license and a car.
- A positive Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is required.
