An HRIS Solution Architect is sought for the SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors systems of a railway infrastructure manager. The assignment is full-time and on a time & material basis.
What you do
- Act as Solution Architect for the SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors systems
- Advise the HR business partner on integration with other systems (BTP technology)
- Advise on the extensibility of SuccessFactors
- Advise on the extensibility of SAP HCM, in particular the design of Fiori applications
- Advise on IAM
Profile
- At least 10 years of experience (expert level)
- 5 years' experience as Solution Architect in SAP HCM solutions (SuccessFactors and SAP HCM)
- 5 years' experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
- 5 years' experience with SAP SuccessFactors extensions
- 5 years' experience designing Fiori applications, with a focus on user experience
- 5 years' experience in S/4HANA environments (migration)
- 5 years' experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Service Center
- 5 years' experience configuring IAM
- 5 years' experience with SuccessFactors WorkZone
- 5 years' experience configuring the SAP Fiori Launchpad
Languages.
- Dutch or French at C1 level
- The other national language (French or Dutch) at B2 level
- English at C1 level: understanding, writing and reading
Soft skills.
- Knowledge of the IT world and understanding of the challenges of the role
- Fit well into the client's teams and collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Present clearly, communicate clearly and effectively, and act professionally
