You work independently on-site at a client's location and ensure that everything related to intake, guidance, and planning runs smoothly. What you do
- You ensure efficient personnel planning that meets the needs of both the client and the flexible employees.
- You guide flexible employees throughout their entire career, from onboarding to evaluation and performance reviews.
- You maintain daily contact with clients, team leaders, and employees and are the first point of contact for various HR issues.
- You support flexible employees in their development by actively thinking with them about growth, performance, and future opportunities.
