For an organization in the region, we are looking for a Key User SAP SuccessFactors.
- Attached to the HR team, you will work on 4 key system modules: Positions, Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Central.
What you do
- Provide first-level functional support on SuccessFactors and manage daily tickets.
- Perform practical adaptations and modifications within the SAP HR environment (creation of departments, organizational developments, modification of job details).
- Gather business needs from business teams, analyze them, and translate them into clear specifications for Business Analysts in charge of developments.
- Define and execute test scenarios, support Business Analysts during production deployment phases, and provide user training during the rollout of new features.
Profile
- Recent experience or training with the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.
- Experience within a Human Resources - HR department.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with technical teams and business.
- Structured, autonomous, and enjoys working in a technical environment.
- Fluent in English (B2 minimum).
