As an ICT Contract Manager, you manage IT contracts for public organizations: from software vendors and cloud services to infrastructure partners.
- You monitor KPIs and SLAs, engage in discussions with suppliers, and resolve bottlenecks before they escalate.
- Often, you are involved from the tender phase, ensuring the contract works from day one.
What they ask
- Experience with contract management of IT contracts, with a focus on KPIs and SLAs.
- Preferably, experience within the public sector or with clients in a public context.
- Affinity with tenders and the Public Procurement Act.
