What you do
- Organize, facilitate, and coach Scrum events within and across different teams.
- Support the Product Owner in backlog management and prioritization based on value creation.
- Form an active bridge between business and technical stakeholders to foster collaboration.
- Report on operations and progress in a transparent and insightful manner.
- Stimulate a positive team climate by consistently applying Scrum values.
- Remove organizational impediments that prevent the team from achieving its objectives.
- Guide less experienced colleagues through active coaching and the exchange of best practices.
What they ask
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master within a complex Agile environment.
- Expertise in Agile principles and Large Scale SCRUM (Multi-team Scrum) operations.
- Experience in systematically coaching mixed teams consisting of Business and IT.
- Experience in facilitating workshops via tools such as Jira, Confluence, Mural, and MS Teams.
- 2+ years of experience in actively guiding and coaching other Scrum Masters.
- Possess a relevant coaching certificate and effectively deal with resistance.
- Perfect knowledge of Dutch at C2 level.
Wishes.
- Experience in providing specialized training in Agile or Scrum.
- Demonstrable experience in specifically supporting Product Owners in value creation.
