What you do
- Guide and support flexible employees throughout their entire deployment.
- Provide a warm and thorough onboarding for new employees.
- Conduct progress, development, and absenteeism discussions.
- Stimulate professional growth and sustainable employability.
- Act as a fixed point of contact for both employees and clients.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients within the public sector.
- Advise on HR-related and personnel issues.
- Ensure correct processing of files, reports, and HR administration.
What they ask
- An MBO 4 or HBO diploma, preferably in HRM, Human Resource Management, Personnel & Labor, or Business Administration.
- Experience with HR activities, personnel guidance, or employment mediation.
- Strong communication skills and a people-oriented approach.
- A proactive, independent, and solution-oriented work attitude.
- Affinity with the public sector or the ambition to get to know this market.
