For a complex, multidisciplinary project within an organization in the Randstad, a document controller is sought. This project involves an integrated contract with multiple disciplines and a client that closely monitors progress. Document management is crucial for maintaining an overview.
What you do
- Manage the document management system
- Monitor coding, version control, and status transitions
- Drive review cycles and contractual deadlines
- Signal outstanding actions and keep the project team focused on agreements
- Provide reports for project management
- Ensure an organized project file during audits and handover moments

- All incoming and outgoing project documents registered, coded, and with the correct status within one working day
- Zero exceeding of contractual review and response deadlines; outstanding actions reported weekly
- Document report provided to project management on a fixed day each month: lead times, outstanding reviews, bottlenecks
- Project file passes internal and external audits without major issues
- New team members instructed in the system and working agreements within two weeks of starting
- Document management plan and work instructions revised quarterly and demonstrably in use
- During handover moments and deliveries, the file is complete and available on time
What they ask
- Mbo+ or Hbo working and thinking level
- 3+ years of experience as a document controller or document manager in construction, infrastructure
- Experience with a DMS such as Relatics, SharePoint, Asite, Bricsys 24/7 or M-files
- Familiar with UAV-GC and the resulting documentation obligations
- Strong in Excel and reporting
- Proficient in Dutch, both written and spoken
