What you will do. As an HR Advisor, you are an accessible and expert point of contact for managers and employees. You effortlessly switch between daily HR issues, labor law casuistry, absenteeism guidance, and the further development of HR policy. You identify what is happening, ask the right questions, and translate this into practical, appropriate solutions. Your responsibilities include:
- Advising managers and supervisors on HR policy, employment conditions, and personnel matters.
- Guiding absenteeism and reintegration processes.
- Supporting inflow, throughflow, and outflow, including contracts, onboarding, and exit interviews.
- Guiding discussions on performance, development, employability, and employment relationships.
- Identifying bottlenecks and improving HR processes, procedures, and policies.
- Contributing to themes such as sustainable employability, talent development, labor market communication, and employer branding.
- Ensuring correct personnel files and the application of relevant laws and regulations.
Profile
- A completed HBO or WO education in HRM, personnel management, business administration, or a similar field.
- Several years of relevant experience as an HR Advisor, HR Officer, or HR Generalist.
- Up-to-date knowledge of labor law, absenteeism, and HR processes.
- An independent, meticulous, and people-oriented way of working.
- The ability to switch between advising, organizing, and executing.
- Strong communication skills and natural persuasiveness.
