For a specialized company in quality kitchens, we are looking for an enthusiastic Kitchen Advisor. You guide customers from their initial ideas to the realization of their dream kitchen. You listen to their wishes, think creatively, provide professional advice, and ensure that the proposed kitchen meets their expectations both aesthetically and practically.
What you do
- Welcome and guide customers in the showroom
- Map out customer wishes, needs
- Advise customers on kitchen solutions and materials
- Translate wishes into a suitable kitchen concept
- Build a relationship of trust and guide the customer towards purchase
- Follow up on files administratively correctly
- Think solution-oriented and ensure an excellent customer experience
Profile
We are primarily looking for someone with commercial drive and a strong personality.
- Natural commercial flair
- Social, enthusiastic
- Able to convince customers without being pushy
- Has a good understanding of what a customer needs
- Creative and thinks practically
- Interest in interior design and kitchens
- Technical feeling
- Works independently and takes responsibility
- Ambitious and results-oriented
What they ask
- Good knowledge of Dutch
Preferences.
- Experience in kitchen sales is a plus
- Knowledge of French and English is a plus
- Equivalent by experience, Bachelor's degree, or secondary education
