We are seeking support for the Noise cluster within the Specialists team to carry out regular activities in the field of noise. The work primarily involves advising on external environmental plan activities (BOPA) and establishing a balanced allocation of functions to locations. All these plans are assessed and provided with expert advice. You will perform your work using a case management system and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and templates.

- Assess noise studies, including within the framework of BOPA procedures
- Coordinate with internal colleagues and municipalities
- Contribute to the improvement of processes and templates
- Provide support to fellow advisors where necessary

What they ask
- Written motivation by the candidate in correct Dutch
- Minimum of 15 years demonstrable experience with advising on road traffic noise aspects in spatial plans and permit applications
- Minimum of 10 years demonstrable experience with noise in the role of noise advisor at a government organization
- Minimum of a relevant noise education at HBO (higher professional education) level
Preferences.
- Demonstrable experience with assessing noise studies within the framework of (B)OPA procedures, shown with a maximum of 2 project examples (max. 1 A4 page)
