For an international organization, we are looking for temporary reinforcement for the HR team. You will work closely with colleagues worldwide and primarily support Learning & Development, internal communication, and HR processes.
What you will do.
- Coordinate workshops and training sessions
- Manage invitations and communication
- Maintain the global training calendar
- Contribute to learning communication and the further development of the Learning Journey
- Maintain HR platforms (generic platforms)
- Provide general administrative support
- Follow up on deadlines
- Create social content
- Prepare the monthly L&D newsletter
- Collect stories for internal communication
Profile
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in HR
- Several years of experience in an HR environment
- Work in a structured, accurate, and independent manner
- Easily switch between different tasks and projects
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
