- The organization is designing a single operating model across departments and implementing a new cloud ERP platform across multiple countries.
- As Finance Transformation Lead, you will act as the senior finance representative responsible for designing the future-state finance function and ERP blueprint.
What you do
- Act as Finance's lead within a major transformation program.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to shape the future finance function.
- Drive process improvement, standardization, and operating model design.
- Ensure finance requirements are embedded within ERP decisions.
- Support governance, controls, and reporting framework design.
- Provide finance expertise across solution design and vendor selection.
- Align Finance, Technology, and Operations throughout delivery.
What they ask
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
- 10+ years experience within Finance Transformation or ERP program leadership.
- Strong understanding of accounting, financial control, and governance.
- Background in operating model, process improvement, or shared services transformations.
- Hands-on and operational approach is necessary, balancing strategy with delivery.
- Transportation, rail, travel, or infrastructure experience is advantageous.
- Post-merger integration and ERP implementation experience highly desirable.
