What you do
As the Electrical Site Supervisor, you will be at the heart of project delivery. You will:
- Lead and coordinate all electrical installation activities on site
- Manage subcontractors and on-site teams to ensure smooth execution
- Monitor quality, progress, safety
- Ensure full compliance with Belgian RGIE / AREI standards
- Coordinate with HVAC, sanitary, structural, and architectural teams
- Support testing, commissioning, inspections, and final handover
- Solve technical challenges and keep the project moving forward
What they ask
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Proven experience supervising electrical works within building construction or MEP projects
- Strong knowledge of Belgian RGIE / AREI regulations
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams
- Fluent French and English
- Dutch is considered a strong asset
- Knowledge of Belgian site safety requirements (VCA-VOL is a plus)
