Home care assistant plus

• Your day starts with your team, where you review specifics and plan your route.
• You travel by car, bicycle, or e-bike, from address to address at your own pace.
• At the client's home, you assist with personal care, getting in or out of bed, and other daily activities.
• You build a bond with regular clients and are the first to notice what is happening.
• You perform nursing technical tasks, such as medication administration (dispensing systems, baxters, eye and ear drops, transdermal patches).
• You measure vital functions (pulse, blood pressure, temperature, respiration).
• You perform wound care, catheter care, and assist with putting on and taking off compression stockings.
• You have additional theoretical knowledge of common diseases to signal issues faster and work more independently.
• You report your observations to the district nurse.
• At the end of your shift, you finalize with your team, update administration, and hand over to your colleagues.

What they ask

• A level 2 care assistant diploma.
• A home care assistant plus certificate.
• Flexible availability on various workdays and times, including weekends.
• The possibility to specify one fixed day per week when you are unavailable.
