A government organization is looking for a driven Service Manager to strengthen a team at a specific location. The Service Point is represented at all larger locations of the organization. The service manager maintains a network with all local parties, with special attention to the local client. The service manager is responsible for integrated service delivery on site, provides customized solutions, and optimally supports the client(s).
What you will do. The service manager is the on-site point of contact for all complex and long-term support questions from the local client. This requires a good on-site network and knowledge of the supply and demand process, as well as internal and external suppliers. The role includes two key areas:
- Operational, coordinating role: focused on the current year, together with the front office, ensuring integrated service delivery in accordance with agreements. Acting as a business partner for the local client and sparring partner for suppliers and the front office. Building a network and participating in various forms of collaboration.
- Tactical, steering role: contributing to preparations for the coming years, using lessons learned and expected future developments on both the client and supplier sides.
Profile
- Completed 4-year HBO (higher professional education) degree, preferably in Facility Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Creative in finding opportunities and solutions.
- Strong analytical ability.
- Ability to work independently, even under pressure.
- Very good command of Dutch, both written and spoken.
Practical
- Dutch nationality is required.
- CV and cover letter must be submitted in Dutch.
