As a Parts Manager, you are responsible for an efficient and well-organized warehouse. You ensure that parts arrive smoothly, are stored correctly, and reach the right colleague or customer on time. You lead your team and are their first point of contact. In addition to warehouse management, you also advise customers at the counter, process orders, and ensure that the administration is correct. Thanks to your overview and approach, everyone knows exactly where the stock is and what still needs to be done.

What you will do.
- Directly lead Parts Employees, Parts Advisors, and the Logistics Employee
- Monitor the inbound, storage, and outbound flow of parts and maintain accurate stock
- Place orders with suppliers and prepare order proposals based on demand
- Advise customers at the counter and process their orders in the system
- Prepare work orders and ensure the correct materials are ready on time
- Handle sales and order administration, from invoicing to complaint resolution
- Identify areas for improvement and actively contribute to more efficient working methods
Profile
- MBO level 4 working and thinking level, supplemented with relevant courses or training
- Demonstrable experience in leadership, preferably within a warehouse or parts environment
- Customer-oriented and strong in communication, even when busy
- Quality-oriented and thinks in solutions instead of problems
- Takes initiative and dares to take responsibility
- Good command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken
