A team arrives in the morning as a group of colleagues and leaves in the evening as a cohesive unit. You ensure this happens. With a smile, a microphone, and a good dose of energy.
What you do
- You help set up the stage. Together with the team, you quickly assemble a cake factory, a chain reaction, or a film studio.
- You guide the group through the story. You clearly explain the assignments, maintain a high pace, and ensure everyone participates, from the CEO to the worker.
- You keep everything safe, without anyone noticing. Entertainment and safety always go hand in hand.
- After the finale, you help dismantle. You do this with a smile too.
Your goal is simple: to make every team building a happy day.
Profile
- Enthusiastic, social, no-nonsense, and an optimist.
- You speak as easily to two hundred people as to one.
- You are cordial to clients and your colleagues.
- You are grounded but dare to take initiative.
- You speak fluent Dutch, and a good word of French and English.
- Limited experience (< 2 years)
Practical
- Events mainly take place on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. You can regularly make yourself available on these days.
- You work as a freelancer.
- You work throughout Belgium, and occasionally abroad.
