Tax Employee Valuation and Objections and WOZ Coordinator
Support a government organization with your expertise in tax matters and WOZ coordination. Professionally guide complex files and processes. You will work in a combined role as a tax employee for valuation and objections, and a WOZ coordinator. You will be responsible for both the execution and coordination of activities in the field of the Real Estate Valuation Act (WOZ).
What you will do.
- Handle objections against WOZ decisions and advise on complex files.
- Coordinate valuations and monitor and guide the associated internal processes.
- Improve and optimize tax work processes within the team.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external parties to achieve high-quality valuation decisions.
- Support legal and technical questions regarding WOZ and tax procedures.
- Identify, analyze, and report bottlenecks within the valuation system.

- Minimum MBO-4 working and thinking level.
- Demonstrable experience with the implementation of the WOZ Act and handling objection and appeal procedures.
- A certification as a WOZ appraiser (non-residential properties).
- Experience within a municipal tax organization.
- Experience with the VRiS application.
