What you do
- Coaching clients who are struggling in daily life
- Guiding clients in learning practical skills
- Supporting the development of resilience and self-reliance
- Setting up a guidance trajectory together with clients
- Working in a team with other residential support workers, with the support of a team leader and behavioral scientist

- Relevant HBO-level diploma (e.g., applied psychology/pedagogy/social work)
- Relevant work experience within mental healthcare
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Flexible in switching between different clients, tasks
