As a process coordinator, you are responsible for executing, managing, coordinating, setting up, and improving the process based on a management system and work instructions for projects or the organization as a whole.
What you do
- You investigate where the strength lies for each project and translate this into a convincing plan of approach for the client.
- You delve into the Statement of Requirements and convert them into clear actions.
- You identify risks and opportunities, and work with colleagues and stakeholders on a strong, realistic proposition.
- You represent the organization during presentations and discussions, and know how to convey plans professionally and convincingly.
- You critically review work processes and initiate improvements.
Profile
As a process coordinator, you are an independent colleague who can maintain a good overview. You have an eye for quality and are involved with your colleagues. Furthermore, you have:
- A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree, such as technical business administration or System Engineering.
- Experience in a technical environment.
- Demonstrable knowledge of LEAN methodologies.
- Strong communication skills, and you use this competence to get colleagues on board with a single way of working.
- Good command of the Dutch language.
Practical
- A valid Certificate of Conduct (VOG) or a Declaration of No Objection (VGB) is part of the selection procedure.
