A leading steel construction company with expertise in delivering high-quality steel structures is looking for a production team leader.
What you will do.
- Daily management of a team of 10 to 20 employees
- Monitor planning, quality, productivity
- Ensure clear structure and smooth communication
- Work closely with the supervisor to discuss progress and ensure the team functions well
- Process administrative tasks such as quality controls and performance
- Prepare instructors and employees for new projects
- Ensure correct completion and handover of each project
Profile
- Minimum 5 years of practical technical experience
- Affinity with or experience in welding, technical plan reading, and steel construction
- People skills and interest in managing a team
- Fluent in Dutch
- Communicative, proactive
- Focused on your safety and that of others
