For a government organization, an HR generalist is sought to temporarily strengthen the HR department.
- You quickly find your place, contribute to the daily HR operations, and pay attention to what motivates and helps employees grow.
What you do
- You join the HR department as a generalist and take on a wide range of HR tasks.
- Generalist HR operations:
- You support daily HR operations and are a point of contact for managers and employees.
- You correctly apply social legislation and labor law in your advice and files.
- Soft HR:
- You participate in initiatives concerning well-being at work and employee engagement.
- You contribute to learning and development and to talent management.
- You help the organization position itself as an attractive employer (employer branding).
What they ask
- A bachelor's or master's degree in social sciences or HRM.
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR generalist.
- At least 3 years of experience in soft HR: well-being, employer branding, learning and development, talent management, or employee engagement.
- Native level Dutch (Common European Framework of Reference CEFR C2).
Preferences.
- Experience within a government organization.
- Knowledge of specific HR regulations for government organizations.
- A good knowledge of social legislation and labor law.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel...).
