What you will do. As a contract manager, you create the conditions for colleagues to perform their work optimally. Thanks to your efforts, they can make a daily difference for people in areas such as sheltered living, foster care, and addiction care. This contributes to various social initiatives. You are the director of the contract management process. You will:
- Contribute from the initial idea for a tender regarding scope, conditions, risks
- Translate the tendering strategy into concrete, workable agreements
- Guide the process to signing and ensure smooth execution
- Monitor contract agreements, timely signal changes, and initiate extensions or renegotiations
- Advise proactively and propose improvements to further professionalize and strategically deploy contract management
You will work closely with regional managers and department managers and be a strong discussion partner. For administrative tasks, you will receive support from a colleague. This allows you to focus on substantive direction, contract management, process improvement, and strategic advice. Profile
- Experience with contract management and translating contractual agreements into practice
- A relevant HBO diploma (higher professional education)
- Strong communication skills to easily connect with various stakeholders, both within and outside the organization
- Ability to work process-oriented and maintain an overview, even when managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Affinity with the Christian identity of the organization
